 helpful reminders:

·        Communication! There are a lot of you and only one of me. I do not have the time to call everyone one of you for every show to see if you can make it or not. It is your responsibility as a crew member to check your e-mail and our website and to let me know when you can and can’t make it to a show (AS SOON AS YOU CAN). Also don’t just tell another crew member to tell me, be the responsible one and e-mail or call me.

·        Our crew is growing, which is awesome! That also means that it will become a first come, first served in many of the crew jobs. If you are wanting to run a camera for a certain show, but you wait to tell me then there may not be a camera left for you to run.

·        Also, we love to get your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve the show, or in other ways that we can help each of you reach your friends. If you have any ideas or needs please let us know, we are here to serve you.

·        For all of the shows we will be meeting at the office and all riding together in a van driven by an SRT staff.

·        If you have any transportation issues, please let us know and we can try to work out for you to carpool with some of the other crew from your area.
