Silver Ring South Carolina presents the Gospel of Jesus Christ to youth and calls them to a life of purity and sexual abstinence until marriage.
Our mission is achieved primarily through Silver Ring Thing events. The Silver Ring Thing event is a three hour show with high-tech sound, lighting, special effects and comedy performance about guys, girls, dating, love, second chances and choices. It speaks to teens in their 21st century language. SRT events include a parents' seminar, a presentation of the Gospel, and an opportunity for teens to wear a silver ring as a symbol of their decision to remain sexually abstinent until marriage. Events also include pre-event training of youth volunteers and post-event follow-up of event attendees.
