The following list contains pregnancy care centers serving in and around South Carolina. They are committed to the health and well-being of women and their children and provide many services such as free pregnancy testing, maternity clothes, and baby clothes and equipment. Many also provide parenting classes, adoption information, post abortion counseling, and a host of other services.
